Issue description
It would be nice to be able to select which statistics should be displayed in the server statistics view, with a GUI similar to what we did for choosing the columns displayed in the tree table views (i.e. topology and job data).

Implemented in trunk revision 3954 Among others, I implemented a reusable pick list Swing component that I think is pretty cool (and still missing in Swing)
