Issue description
We have no current description of hte adaptive load-balancing algorithms and their parameters, apart from what can be found on this obsolete page: http://www.jppf.org/doc/v2/index.php?title=JPPF_Performance

We propose to write a section of the JPPF documentation dedicated to this aspect. This will probably require that we reverse-engineer some of the code to understand (again) what it does

This is superseded by Feature request JPPF-439 - Fully document load-balancing in JPPF, which is now complete and resolved.
