How do I create and Run my New application?

I am not able to compile my new application. Whether I have to create a Xml file to run that program. If so then tell me how the xml document is executed. :?

Can you please post this topic in the "Troublesooting forum"?

Also, please describe what you are trying to do, what kind of errors you have, and the steps to reproduce them.
