Hi Laurent, I have a small request if you could include the JPPF version number as part of the jar file name when it's built, for example

jppf-driver-5.1.3.jar

I know we could easily change this on our end as the versions are available, but I think it would be better it be done through the build system. Easier to deduce just be looking at the file names, and is pretty much a standard with other projects also.

Please let know what you think

All the best,

CM

Hello,

I think this is a very good idea, and I have regostered it a s a feature request for the upcoming JPFF 5.2: JPPF-449 Include the version number in JPPF jar file names.

In any case, we already do that for the published maven artifacts, so it will add consistency as well.

Sincerely,
-Laurent
