driver wrapper JPPF 4.0
« on: March 10, 2014, 07:47:33 PM »

Hi Laurent,

I try to install JPPF 4.0 on a Linux Cluster.
For starting the nodes and server I have installed the recommanded wrapper.
For the note it works fine, but for the server the wrapper script breaks with a class not found exception.
In the Attachment are the log files and the unchanged wrapper.config file.
I think there is a mistake in the classpath defined in the config file.

Thank for your help

Christian

Hi Christian,

Indeed this is an issue in the wrapper-driver.conf.
Instead of "wrapper.java.classpath.8=lib/jmxremote_optional.jar", you should have "wrapper.java.classpath.8=lib/jmxremote_optional-1.0_01-ea.jar".
This was reported as bug JPPF-222 and fixed in JPPF 4.0.1.

Sincerely,
-Laurent

Hi Laurent,

I have installed JPPF 4.0.1. The wrapper for node and driver are working fine.

Thanks
