Issue description
In the "Configuration documentation" generator demo, the generated HTML page uses http links for the stylesheet and favicon: 
<link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='http://www.jppf.org/jppf.css' title='Style'>
<link rel='shortcut icon' href='http://www.jppf.org/images/jppf-icon.ico' type='image/x-icon'>
 This causes problems when viewed from the JPPF web site: some styles are lost, due to non-safe https-to http links (the browser does not load the stylesheet).
Steps to reproduce this issue
Go to this page: you will see that the font-size is too big, and the background color is white instead of a shade of blue.
