Issue description
From this forum post:
Do you have plans to introduce task SLA? I think that for 99% of JPPF users MaxTaskResubmits for the tasks in one job will be the same but I can imagine situation that in one job for some tasks we do not require resubmition, for some - resubmit 2 times, for other - resubmit 5 times.
We propose to add this attribute to the Task interface. Similarly, the isResubmot() and setResubmit() accessors should also be added to the interface, instead of only being implemented in the AbstractTask class.
