Issue description
For some reason, the code that loads and executes node initialization hools is present in the JPPFDriver constructor. This causes the driver to unexpectedly execute code it shouldn't
Steps to reproduce this issue
Add a jar file with an iniitialization hook to the driver's classpath, including the SPI service definition ==> the hook is excuted at driver startup
