Issue description
We propose to implement a mechanism equivalent to the one existing for recovering from "hard" network disconnections between servers and nodes, to the connections between clients and drivers.

Thanks to the implementation of Feature request JPPF-526 - Enable NIO-based recovery/heartbeat mechanism, there should be very little work involved
